Day One:

During the first day of the program, you will:

Day Two:
Develop a Custom-Tailored Action Plan

Our team of highly-trained Predictable Success Consultants will work one-on-one with attendees from each organization to:

  • Determine where on the lifecycle your organization is
  • Identify the key next steps to bring your organization to, or keep it in, Predictable Success
  • Create a timeline, along with accountability and communications frameworks, for achieving that plan
  • Offer specific additional resources to increase your team’s ability to successfully execute the plan


Initial Planning Call

This 30-minute call between you and Predictable Success President & CEO Les McKeown will be used to:

  • Learn more about you and your organization
  • Agree on your goals and desired outcomes for the workshop
  • Discuss who in your senior team may benefit from participating
  • Tailor the program content and materials to ensure your ultimate success

Detailed Analysis of Your Senior Team's Leadership Styles

This analysis will show you and your team members who attend:

  • Which style your team leads with, which styles are active and which are inactive;
  • How this mix will impact the quality of your team’s decision making
  • Which individuals exhibit dominant traits and how to manage them
  • Among which team members conflict may arise and how to anticipate and reduce it.
  • Which resources individuals can access to strengthen their styles mix

Copies of the Predictable Success Trilogy and Access to Online Resources

All three of Les’ books and a library of online resources are available for use by each participant to further accelerate their own ability to impact your team’s success. Online resources include:

Your consultant will be able to guide you and your team toward the best resources to use during the Day Two of the program.

Program Review

Three to six months after the program, your Predictable Success Consultant will conduct a follow-up call to examine:

  • Your progress in executing your organization's action plan
  • The outcomes of the plan as delivered and how they measure up against desired outcomes
  • Any additional key findings
  • Suggested next steps for the team

The Acceleration Program is a team-oriented training program and relies heavily on understanding the relationships within your team. To maximize the effectiveness of the program, we encourage you to attend with two or more team members, if possible.
